Complaint & Content Removal Policy

This website maintains a robust complaint and content removal policy. Any alleged illegal content or violation of standards should be submitted to compents@iname.com . 

All complaints must contain a description of the content and the alleged violations, along with evidence supporting the claim. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Reviews will consist of an inspection of the reported content along with an analysis of the legal evidence provided by the claimant. A decision will be rendered and given to the claimant after consultation with our legal representation

If the content is deemed to be illegal, it will be removed from the website. If the claim is rejected, an appeal can be made with the submission of additional arguments and evidence. Note that any appeal may extend the review process beyond the initial five (5) business day period.

The final decision will be reported to the claimant in a timely manner.
